This No Cost series of virtual workshops are for those who are interested in starting their first business but want to find out more information on what to expect before they begin their first business. Many aspiring entrepreneur residents during the coronavirus pandemic is using this time to explore their entrepreneur business endeavor to determine whether to pursue starting a business. In this multi-day-training session, MD SBDC will cover: • The Nuts & Bolts of Starting a Business • Business Financing • Cash Flow Management • How to Build Business Credit • How to Get Certified to Do Business with the Government • Legal Needs for Business • The Importance of Networking Our experienced business consultants and Subject Matter Experts will share with you what you’ll need to know of the benefits and drawbacks that come with the life of an entrepreneur. This series will run January 9, 2023, through January 11, 2023, with a bonus lab for assistance with SBDC Consultant to help with starting your business venture and with registering your business. January 9, 2023-Jump Start Your Business January 10, 2023-How to Become Certified and Do Business with the State January 11, 2023-Building Business Credit/Access to Capital and How to Write a Business Plan A business consultant appointment will be scheduled per appointment request

Registration Policies:

Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event. You may receive special payment instructions by email once you register to the event
