The #IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. During this highly interactive session, attendees will participate in group discussions and exercises to help develop the confidence and skills to promote themselves effectively. The program helps attendees to face confidence boosting challenges head-on as they learn the importance of self-promotion in their professional and personal lives. They will be equipped with tools to develop these very important skill sets.

During the workshop, we will:

• Share data and research regarding self-promotion and unconscious bias.

• Go through exercises to help you articulate your achievements and practice self-promotion.

• Have a discussion and share take-home exercises.

This session will help business owners, especially women, to be more confident when offering their services/products. Visit https://iamremarkable.withgoogle.com/ for more information. #IamRemarkable Week is back! We will be celebrating the power of diversity, inclusion and allyship in 3 days of talks and panels from 28-30 September, and with #IamRemarkable workshops available throughout September. Exciting speaker announcements to come soon on their website. Save the Dates!
