Personnel Matters: Under California Government Code Section 11126(a), the California Student Aid Commission hereby provides public notice that it may meet in closed session regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, discipline, or dismissal of a public employee and the report of the Personnel, Evaluation and Nominations Committee regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, discipline, or dismissal of a public employee.  For purposes of this notice, a public employee includes an individual exempt from civil service within the meaning of subdivision (e) of Section 4 of Article VII of the California Constitution.
