What is your refund policy?

Tickets to this event are nonrefundable, you may sell your tickets to someone else and notify our team of the change in ticket holder names.

Will food be available?

Concessions will be available for purchase. Our venue does not allow outside food or beverage.

How does the event flow work?

This event is free-flowing between princess, craft, and other fun areas - we encourage you to explore different areas of the room and not get held up waiting in lines.

We will have a check-in station with your ticket information through Eventbrite. You are not required to provide a physical copy of your receipt, but are welcome to do so. Please give us the name(s) used to purchase the tickets.
