Needs a co host

These are good topics but you guys definitely need a cohost. These are informative topics but it sounds like a work PowerPoint presentation. Maybe if you add a cohost with some spunk and fun, it will help. The guests have been informative could’ve definitely been a little more lighthearted in the topics with the right host.

Informational and Inspirational!

It’s really impactful to hear stories by people who are willing to be vulnerable and real about their experiences with mental health and substance abuse. The more we talk about the issues, the more we have a great starting place to learn and seek help. The experts also give great information and make sure to explain it in a way that listeners can understand. This is a great podcast, do yourself a favor and check it out!
