I Love HIRTA. Very inexpensive...picks you up at your door and drops you off at the door wherever you're going .. they also make sure you get in wherever your destination is before pulling off...Very friendly drivers... I feel safe on these busses/vans... roomy... air-conditioned and heated...clean... I 100% suggest using this service..app is very easy to use as well

I hate this app. It tries to be intuitive, but just gets confused. Freezes too. It also tried to tell me my address didn't exist. The system will also hit you with multiple phone calls a day. This app may be a necessary evil, but they really need to work on it.

Just says technical issue constantly. No dial a ride app still. Switched to reg rider for the app and then the app broke. Fantastic. Now I've got money sitting there that's useless.
