Great app! Definitely a helpful reminder when there are holiday schedule changes and also when things like lawn trash pickups and large, outside-the-bin pickups will occur. There was one instance where our trash had been mistakenly skipped on pickup day and through the app I was able to report it. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that by the following morning our trash bin had been emptied. A sincere thanks to our public waste collectors and the dispatching department for that!

The lack of 2-way communication or attempt to offer service, is hugely disappointing (even the lack of service at extra fee). It is promotional at best. This app offers less than a web page offers. For example, if you attempt to report a missed pickup, you are directed to call. If you attempt to request yard waste pickup, there is no option but a statement of HALF yard pickup of 2 bags with no further options.

Honestly, getting weekly notifications of when I should put my trash out, with what type of trash will be picked up, is really convenient. Its also nice to be able to look ahead at the schedule so I can plan accordingly if I need to travel for any reason.
