Horrible and unnecessarily long verification process. Overkill. And when I tried to sign in it said my account doesn't exist so I had to start all over. Totally cumbersome! When you actually DO get logged in, be prepared to enter your login info at every turn. I can even select a train station without being sent back to the login screen. Not sure wo approved this horrible app or who the crappy team behind it is, but they really botched what should be a pretty simple app.

Ugly and hard to navigate. Login lands you on a personal profile screen with no *apparent* way to buy tickets. (You can, but it's hard to find.) App demands camera & recording permissions to show tickets to conductor. Logic + experience with other ticket apps tells you that shouldn't be necessary. In fact, even this app will show tickets without those permissions — but only right after you activate the ticket. Going to uninstall this after my trip.

The app works fine but when your in a rush its not the easiest to use. It would be a lot easier and faster if instead of searching destination times you could just say "I need a train from point A to point B" and get an list quickly with times for that day. If you're in no rush the app is fine.
