The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS)’s Forensic Mental Health Program intends to renew an agreement with Hobart Services (Hobart) for up to 36 months for Hobart Services’ Assurance 24/7 Unlimited and Prosurance service plans, to provide comprehensive kitchen maintenance and repair services, including emergency repairs, for all kitchen equipment located at the St. Peter treatment facility.

The DHS facility’s kitchen prepares approximately 2,100 meals a day. Its kitchen equipment needs to be in normal working condition constantly where downtimes are minimal and confined to as few pieces of equipment as possible. DHS requires services beyond typical scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs. Hobart’s Assurance 24/7 Unlimited and Prosurance coverage is comprehensive and covers all of the facility’s kitchen equipment and systems without exception, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Additionally, Hobart provides unlimited emergency and after-hours service calls, guaranteed responses within 4-6 hour time windows, expedited repairs, and expedited shipping on required parts.

DHS has determined that Hobart Services’ Assurance 24/7 Unlimited and Prosurance service plans are the only reasonably available service that meets its business needs. This is deemed a single source purchase because the Hobart Services’ Assurance and Prosurance service programs are solely distributed and supported by Hobart, and are not available through a third party.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia (“Lead State”), Department of General Services, in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with manufacturers of new grounds maintenance equipment. Collectively, these Master Agreements will constitute the NASPO ValuePoint Grounds Maintenance Portfolio. The purpose of this competitive solicitation is to develop a “catalog category discount” contract to provide for equipment to be made available for purchase. Only Manufacturer Suppliers with dealer networks in many states are asked to bid directly on the contract. The contract will be a multiple award contract for both equipment and warranty work with replacement parts.

The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: Operate a watercraft and bicycle rental business within Glendalough State Park. The concessionaire will need to operate in a temporary location while construction continues for a new Trail Center. 

MMCAP Infuse is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish contract(s) with qualified distributors that will provide vaccine and vaccine-related distribution services to Members. MMCAP Infuse currently has three contracted vendors for these services which are approaching the end of their contract terms and is looking to establish new contracts. MMCAP Infuse is soliciting for vendors that will firstly distribute vaccines of all types. This solicitation also aims to include distribution of vaccine-related products such as toxoids and diagnostic agents commonly used in an immunizing setting, monoclonal antibodies used for the prevention of disease. MMCAP Infuse will consider unique, value-added, vaccine-related services as part of this RFP such as mechanisms of vaccine storage, ordering, or replenishment. Certain products including coagulation products, hyperimmune globulins, and immune globulins may also be considered under this RFP but not as a standalone offering. Upon contract award, Members may select from the list of MMCAP Infuse awarded contracted vendors to purchase these products. MMCAP Infuse has pharmaceutical manufacturer and generalized pharmaceutical wholesaler contracts in place and such products and services are not solicited via this RFP.
