"Now, we’re able to barely stay open for two months and then we’re off for some period of time, still processing applications, still running our programs, but not able to accept new applications because we just don’t have the funding to support them." Thank you National Journal for helping raise awareness about the pressing issue of insufficient funding for home energy assistance for low-income households, amidst a backdrop of escalating cost burdens.
If you have been approved for an oil delivery this past Winter/Spring season, please schedule the delivery with your fuel vendor as soon as possible. We have extended the deadline to Friday, May 31st!

Shared Clean Energy Facility Program
Shared Clean Energy Facility (SCEF) Projects provide locally generated, renewable, low-carbon clean energy. The energy from these clean energy projects will benefit all of us in Connecticut for generations to come. In order to more directly share the benefits of these new facilities, some customers will receive a credit on their electric bill.
