The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is requesting applications for one-time funding to develop Mobile Medication Units (MMU) which will increase access to medication to treat individuals with an Opioid Use Disorder. This opportunity is made available through the Federal Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Block Grant Supplemental award (SAPT SUPP1) authorized by the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation Act, 2021 [P.L. 116-260]. OASAS intends to award up to $200,000 per provider to develop an MMU in each Empire State Development Region.

 

Eligible Applicants

Voluntary agencies or other not-for-profit organizations that currently operate OASAS-certified Opioid Treatment Programs.
