The Budget Advisory Commission was established in 2015, replacing the Budget Advisory Committee.

The BAC advises the City Council on expenditures, revenues, financial policies, and Budget proposals. The BAC’s advice generally takes the form of informational reports submitted quarterly to the Finance & Management Committee of the City Council.

Members must take the Oath of Office and submit Conflict of Interest Filings (Form 700) at the time of assuming office, annually by April 1, and within 30 days of separation from this body.
