  • Links to the presentation slide deck and to a recording of the January 19, 2023 Information Session have been posted under "Other Documents" to the right. You may need to scroll down in order to be able to see them.
  • NOTICE: Amended December 1, 2022. This amendment releases the final text for this program element, which had been listed as "TBD". This is a no-due-date program and proposals may be submitted at any time until March 29, 2023, by which point the ROSES-2023 version of this program element should be open for proposal submission. A virtual meeting for prospective proposers will occur January 19, 2023, 1-2 pm ET. Connect information for this meeting will be posted under "Other documents" on this NSPIRES page no later than December 19, 2023. Rather than a Data Management Plan, proposals to this program must include an Open-Source Science Development Plan, see Section 4.2. This program will evaluate proposals using dual-anonymous peer review, see Section 4.3 and the associated "Guidelines for Anonymous Proposals" PDF under "Other Documents" on this NSPIRES page.
  • The description of the specific proposal opportunity on this page is contained in the document 'F.15 High Priority Open-Source Science'. The document 'F.1 Cross Division Research Overview' describes research activities within the NASA science division that is managing the specific proposal opportunity on this page and may impose requirements upon proposals submitted to this program element. The document 'Summary of Solicitation' describes the common requirements for all ROSES-2022 proposal opportunities. The document 'Table 1' contains the proposal check list from the Summary of Solicitation. The documents 'Table 2' and 'Table 3' contain the list of all proposal opportunities and their due dates, sort by (full or Step-2) proposal due date or appendix number, respectively. All of these documents are kept up to date and incorporate amendments, clarifications, and corrections in a clearly identifiable manner.
