The Death Penalty seminar returns to Durham. NCAJ in conjunction with Indigent Defense Services, The Office of the Capital Defender, and Program Chair Terry Alford present the Death Penalty 2024 seminar. This seminar is packed full of topics and information criminal lawyers need to know when representing someone facing the death penalty. The topics include forming a team, managing murder cases with a law practice, forensic and mental health experts available, mitigation, and childhood trauma.
