MD 24 Northbound Auxiliary Lane from MD 924 to North of Singer Road
As part of the MDTA’s $1.1 billion program to relieve congestion and improve travel along the I-95 corridor into Harford County, the MDTA is reconstructing northbound MD 24 from MD 924 to north of Singer Road. The northbound roadway will be widened to the inside to add an auxiliary northbound lane from the interchange at MD 924, through the signalized intersection with Singer Road, to north of Singer Road where it will taper back to existing conditions.

About Construction
Construction of the northbound roadway is expected to begin in summer 2024 and is anticipated to be complete in fall 2025. All travel lanes will remain open during construction.
