Thai Tax on Foreign-Sourced Income

By popular request, the AMCHAM Tax Meeting is providing an update for members on Revenue Department Notification Por 161, issued on September 15, which prescribes a tax levy on foreign-sourced income, as well as the clarification issued on November 20 regarding the tax status of foreign-sourced income earned before 1 January 2024. Attendees will have the opportunity to be able to ask their questions in the webinar.
