Think you and your family know Nebraska history? Try out the Nebraska History Challenge!
Even though the Nebraska History Museum is closed to the public temporarily, our education team is working to bring you fun and engaging history content that you can use to teach your children about history. They've created a fun way to learn about Nebraska History called the Nebraska History Challenge!
Starting next week, each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we will post a new challenge on our Facebook page. Some will be to identify an object from our collections, and others may ask you to recreate a photograph from our archives. Each post will be something new, so be sure to visit our page often. We will select a winner from the comments to be our Challenge Champion of the Day.
As a loyal email subscriber, we're giving you a sneak peek at our first challenge. Remember to wait until Monday to answer the challenge on our Facebook post! Here's Erica, our newest museum educator, to explain how this will work and give you the first look at Monday's challenge.
