Thank you  Please join the Region 2 National Preparedness Division this October in honor of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a dedicated month for the public and private sectors to work together to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity. We will be joined by Rich Richard, Cyber Security Advisor for DHS’ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). 2023 marks the 20th annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month and this year CISA is launching a new awareness program that will encourage 4 simple steps every American can take to stay safe online. Simple actions we should all take not only during Cybersecurity Awareness Month, but every day throughout the year that can help keep your workplace, home, you and your family cyber-safe. Who should attend? Individuals, families, whole community, community-based and faith-based organizations, small businesses, federal, state and local government. This event will include Live Captioning. FEMA works to ensure equitable access for all to any services and programs that are provided by the agency.
