Are you thinking about scaling, but not sure what scale looks like to you or where to start?

We bring two business advisors together with a twist --- one with a specialty in helping solopreneurs accomplish more and another with a specialty in scaling micro-businesses so you can decide for yourself...

  • What does scale look like to your business?
  • What are the first things you need to do to make it happen?
  • What is the closest path to your customers?

It's time to scale smart!

Presented by: Jenny Erickson & Amy Bogott

Jenny Erickson: Activating ideas using simple frameworks and tailored, direct coaching has been Jenny’s passion in her 20 year career.  After holding a wide array of business leadership and expert roles in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology and HR  – she decided it was time to take the passion and knowledge, and make it accessible where it could make the most impact on innovation --- in the hands of small and micro business owners and change makers.

Her company, ACThoughtful Consulting is focused on unleashing the impact of small and micro businesses through advisory and coaching, full business assessments, strategy and operating model design, and project and operations delivery.  You can find her online at acthoughtful.com

Amy Bogott: Amy is a small business coach specializing in solopreneurs who are bringing their talents to the marketplace. Her background is in the nonprofit sector, holding both direct service and Director level leadership positions. She has also worked for a Fortune 500 company and a small tech start-up, but her passion is to walk alongside small business owners to help them reach their goals. Other things that get her out of bed in the morning are her nieces and nephew, great coffee, and walks along the river.
