Coming Soon: Study Rooms at the Library of Michigan!
The Library of Michigan is in the process of adding 2 new study rooms to the Law Library on the 3rd floor. Law Library staff have completed a major collection shift and that has provided enough space for these new study rooms. Several tasks still need to be completed before they will be open for public use (e.g., replace carpet, electrical work), but we wanted to give a preview of this soon to be available resource at our facility!

Library Staff at the Farmers Market at the Capitol
Staff from the Library of Michigan were recently at the MIFMA’s Farmers Markets at the Capitol on July 21 to showcase the collections and services of the state library. It was a great opportunity to meet with both fellow State of Michigan employees as well as members of the public in downtown Lansing on the Capitol lawn. Library of Michigan staff will also be at other two upcoming markets on August 18 and September 29.
