In addition the Hate Bias Reporting Forum will take place on June 6, 2024, at Harford Community College. Local law enforcement, elected officials, and community leaders from Harford, Cecil, and Carroll Counties will come together to discuss and share information on facilitating more effective reporting and responding to bias incidents and hate crimes. This forum is being presented by the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights and the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. The 2022 Hate Bias Report will be discussed at the forum.
