Department of Administrative Services Procurement Services (DASPS)

The DASPS is the central procurement services authority for state agencies subject to Department of Administrative Services (DAS) authority.

The DASPS marketplace is where state agencies, local government entities, and suppliers meet to buy and sell products and services for the benefit of Oregonians.

Procurement Manual

The Oregon procurement manual contents apply to state agencies under DAS procurement authority.

DASPS develops, establishes, and administers statewide goods and services price agreements on behalf of state government and OrCPP members, which are comprised of Oregon cities, counties, non-profitsschools and others.

OregonBuys features procure-to-pay automated processes from request through payment, including workflows & approvals, solicitations, bid submission, purchase orders, and invoicing & reporting.

OregonBuys procurement portal replaced the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) system on July 1, 2021.

State law gives many agencies authority to enter into contracts outside the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) authority. Examples include:
