UPDATE 12/18/2020:

EVV Visit Transactions

TMHP and DataLogic have resumed the process of exporting verified visits once a day to the TMHP EVV Aggregator. Program providers and FMSAs will now see their verified visits, including those captured during the DataLogic system outage, in the TMHP EVV Portal. Program providers and FMSAs can perform visit maintenance on their Failed to Export (FTE) visits and visits rejected by the TMHP EVV Aggregator and re-export those visits to the TMHP EVV Aggregator.

EVV Claims

TMHP and DataLogic have resumed the process for EVV claims submitted through DataLogic’s Vesta Complete software to be sent to TMHP for processing. If you have any questions related to the claim response files, please review the DataLogic Vesta EVV System Outage Vesta Biller Update document under the Home Tab Publications and Vesta Biller for details.

For more information, please refer to the latest update posted on the Vesta EVV Homepage, including a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document, that was posted on December 12, 2020.

DataLogic’s Vesta EVV system is currently experiencing a full system outage for their Vesta EVV Windows and Web software systems, toll-free clock in/out numbers, Vesta Mobile Application, and third-party integration services. The system outage also affects users of DataLogic’s Vesta Complete software, including their claim submission capabilities.

The most up-to-date information related to the Vesta system outage, including workaround solutions available to program providers and FMSAs, is available on the Vesta EVV Homepage.

EVV Claims

Program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who use DataLogic’s Vesta Complete software to submit their EVV claims to TMHP are temporarily unable to submit their claims through this option. Program providers and FMSAs impacted by this outage can submit their EVV claims through TMHP’s TexMedConnect software.

For additional information on TexMedConnect, refer to the TMHP TexMedConnect webpage or contact the EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638.

EVV Visit Transactions

Due to the system outage, there is a delay in the EVV visit transactions sent from DataLogic to the TMHP EVV Aggregator beginning with the file scheduled to be sent on Saturday morning, December 5, 2020. Program providers and FMSAs who use the TMHP EVV Portal to view their accepted and rejected EVV visit transactions will not be able to view any EVV visit transactions scheduled to be sent from DataLogic during this time.

When the system outage is resolved, all EVV visits transactions approved to export from DataLogic will be sent to the TMHP EVV Aggregator for processing, with no additional action required by the program provider or the FMSA.

TMHP, DataLogic, and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Additional information will be posted on the TMHP and DataLogic websites as it becomes available.
