Forwarding available for commercial customers

Through Premium Forwarding Service Commercial, customers can use Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail to temporarily forward all mail in bulk to a new domestic business address.

The Postal Service is reminding employees that commercial customers can forward mail to an alternate business address, a useful option for firms that have changed locations during the coronavirus pandemic.

Premium Forwarding Service Commercial allows customers with active PO Boxes or business street addresses to temporarily forward all mail in bulk to a new domestic business address using Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail.

Forwarded mail deliveries can be scheduled on a daily (Monday-Saturday), weekly or monthly basis. Customers receive delivery email notifications and USPS tracking numbers.

To enroll, business customers must have the following: a USPS Business Customer Gateway account, a PostalOne! permit, a USPS Centralized Accounting Payment System (CAPS) account, an Electronic Verification Service (eVS) account and a valid business address.

Customers may apply for the service online in the USPS Business Customer Gateway portal. A one-time enrollment fee of $20.10 is required. Applicable postage is charged for each shipment.
