Love caring for little ones but could use a little quiet time yourself? Enjoy an hour of relaxing yoga outdoors while your little learners explore with a naturalist at the nature center! Fee is for one child (register the child per age requirement) and their adult (18+) for each class- one registration covers the children's program and the yoga program for their adult. Program is appropriate for potty-trained children. Child care forms must be submitted before the class. Yoga program involves a 0.25 mile hike down a steep slope on a natural surface trail with stairs. Participants will carry their own water, yoga mat, and blanket. This alignment based hatha practice will incorporate a mindfulness meditation in nature as we greet the new day- appropriate for all levels of practice.
