Autumnal Equinox: Sunrise Stretch at the Sycamore
Looking for the healing effect of nature along with seeking calm in your day. Then join us for any of our Yoga in the Park programs at Locust Grove Nature Center.
Celebrate the Autumnal Equinox by greeting the sun! Calling all early birds to a sunrise slow flow yoga practice under our lovely grandmother Sycamore Tree. Class will move indoors for extreme weather and we recommend wearing layers. The program is accessed by natural surface trails and/or stairs. Participants will carry their own water, yoga mat, and blanket. This alignment based hatha practice will incorporate a mindfulness meditation in nature as we greet the new day- appropriate for all levels of practice.
