Owner of KatTur LLC, for heath and wellness, as well as patient advocacy. I received my RYT certification in 2014, but have been a practicing yogi since 1973. I currently teach mixed level classes of various types of yoga and meditation at Western Presbyterian Church in the Foggy Bottom area of Washington, D.C. I occasionally teach at the Women's Center in Rockville, Maryland. I am also a "People Walker," which is a practice of yoga and walking for fitness and wellbeing.
