Calling All Storytime Librarians! Jessica Anne Bratt will join the Library of Michigan to discuss her book "Let's Talk About Race in Storytimes." Discover Jessica's journey around EDI/DEI work, learn how to be a co-conspirator, whether in bringing meaningful representation to your institution as an agent of change or nurturing organizational support, and more (if there's time)!

"Let's Talk About Race in Storytimes" offers adaptable storytime activities, tools for self-reflection, and discussion starters. Children's librarians will learn how to put anti-racism work into their professional practice while fostering an environment that celebrates all identities.

Instructor: Jessica Anne Bratt is the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at the Grand Rapids Public Library. She was named a Library Journal Mover & Shaker in 2016.
