As of February 29, 2024, CDPH At-Home Testing Program has come to an end for most organizations.

Local health departments (LHDs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care facilities (LTCFs) and elder care facilities can request at-home tests until June 30, 2024, or when testing resources are exhausted, to support populations who are high risk for severe disease.

If you are an eligible facility, you can order at-home tests here: At-Home Test Order Form

Professional CLIA-waived tests are available for facilities with their own CLIA-waiver and state facility license through June 30, 2024. See order form here: CLIA Antigen Testing Program For Facilities with their Own-CLIA

If you are experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak, please contact your Local Department of Public Health.
