Take a bird's eye view of newly constructed Hedge Lane Apartments in City of Shawnee, KS Government. This development will provide 144 new affordable homes to the area for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

These homes are funded through 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Private Activity Bonds administered by Kansas Housing Resources Corporation and constructed by Sunflower Development Group, LLC.
