Job Description

We seek applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the broad field of planet formation and evolution and protoplanetary accretion discs. The successful candidate will join the research group lead by Dr. Hall at the University of Georgia, USA.

The successful candidate will have experience with astrophysical fluid simulations of star formation/protoplanetary accretion discs, and the following skills are desirable, but not essential. Experience in: 1) Radiative transfer calculations and synthetic observations 2) Dusty hydrodynamics 3)Modelling protoplanetary disc chemistry 4) Observational data sets (e.g ALMA) 5) Application of (or interest in) machine learning techniques
