Hello. Can we complete doula training and certification from other agencies outside of the ones listed in the NOFO?

Can we use rollover funds to implement the Doula program?

The NOFO states that we will serve 100 HS participants through this grant. Can this be a combination of visits and births depending on the need of the participant.

What if Doulas are certified and perhaps ready to go?

If we have a team of trained Doula's ready to expand capacity with additional funding, can we go straight to implementation and direct service of clients in the first year? (Training new doulas as hired).

Is the 100 HS participants- does that include birth/postpartum doula services or both?

Is this funding only for Healthy Start Programs that are NOT currently receiving doula supplemental funding?

Can we use UOB dollars to implement the program?

What if they have completed the training, but have not become certified due to barriers.

Is the 100 participants in addition to the 300 women served benchmark?

Can it cover loss doula support as well (birth, postpartum, and loss -Full Spectrum) for individuals and families?

Can indirect costs be taken from this funding to implement the grant.
