Property Valuation Protest (File at the county clerk office)

Accepting Valuation Protests June 1 – June 30

  • Property Valuation Protest Form 422
    • If you would like to go over your property record card, please call the Assessor’s office @ 402-694-2757.
    • If needed, an appointment can be made to meet with Assessor or her staff.
    • If protesting Ag land, please attach a current FSA map with your Property Valuation Protest Form 422.
    • If protesting Residential Property, please attach a current appraisal (within last 2 years) with your Property Valuation Protest Form 422.
    • Each parcel that you wish to protest will require a separate Property Valuation Protest Form 422.
    • In order to be considered as ‘FILED’, the top ½ of the Form(s) must be filled out completely and legibly before submission to the County Clerk’s Office from June 1st and on or before June 30th
