Contour Buffer Strip Tool

The contour Buffer Strip Tool keeps failing, I'm not sure what to do. Should I maybe increase the distance for the width because its a rather hilly watershed.

I'm running the ACPF V3, with arcmap 10.7.1. The database was from 070400030305 (middle fork whitewater river, mn)
