Yesterday I saw a photo of a tall thin man in jeans with a protective vest on striding towards the school. He has a serious rifle with him. I think this was the Border Agent. He was off duty but has weaponry in the trunk.

Compare this to the cop who was waiting outside of the Parkland, Florida school while the shooting was taking place.

That wasn’t just one cop. It was that whole Broward County force (Sheriff Israel’s). It took LEs from another city to come and spur them on into any kind of action at all, IIRC.

The shooter definitely had some ammo with him. Shot and killed 19 plus others, then had ammo to hold off police. Of course, 2 thirty round mags might be enough to accomplish that. If he had a handgun it doesn’t sound like it was his only firearm.

Where was the school security staff during this event??? If they were present, were any armed. Here in NY weapons on school grounds are VERBOTTEN, even if you a retired or active police officer!!!!

Living on the border, I see many and meet a few Border Patrol Agents. To a person, I have found them to be Great American Patriots. Interesting thing, about border agents in Arizona, they seem to be majority Hispanic. All doing a hard dangerous job, with more hinderance than help from Washington.
Another fact, if I am eating in the same restaurant with a border agent, I guarantee his/her meal is on me.
