West Point Lake is on Fire! Don’t let the windy condition deter you from getting on the water. Water temps are down in the mid 70’s and the schools are feeding all day. Bobby Garland Monkey Milk and Sugar Bugs hair jigs tipped with crappie nibbles or minnows was the go to today. The fish loved the jig on the drop or on the rise above the school and wouldn’t commit to a vertical presentation. Finished the day with a one man limit with 50+ touching the boat. Anything under 10” or over 1 lb went back to swim another day.
