This form is only for reporting telemarketing and robocall scams. Telemarketing is when an entity uses a telephone call or text message to contact a call recipient. Robocalls are telephone calls that play a recorded message when you answer or when it goes to voicemail.

The Telephone Scam Reporting Form will be used to obtain information to assist our office identify potential telephone scammers. Our office generally will not respond to Telephone Scam Reporting form submissions. However, you may be contacted in the effort to ascertain additional information if our office sees a pattern in complaints that indicates businesses and individuals are making calls in violation of the law. To request a form by mail, you may call 800-551-4636. You may also download a printable version of the reporting form.
