WHO: LGBTQ+ affirming organizations and services
WHAT: Alexandria Pride Fair!
WHEN: Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 3 PM - 6 PM
WHERE: Market Square in front of City Hall, 301 King Street
WHY: To show our love and support for our LGBTQ+ Community and to celebrate each other!
Thank you for your interest in Alexandria Pride, organized and hosted by the Alexandria LGBTQ+ Task Force and partners. Our goal is to create an affirming and inclusive Alexandria for LGBTQ+ residents, employees, and visitors through providing resources and training to organizations and awareness events in the community. Alexandria Pride welcomes exhibitors to provide materials, have safe and affirming conversations, and engage participants in activities. - The Alexandria LGBTQ+ Task Force reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any application in the interest of ensuring community safety.
- Interactive activities and giveaways are encouraged!
- General safety precautions must be taken at all times during the Fair. The Alexandria LGBTQ+ Task Force is not responsible for any theft or personal injuries.
EXHIBITOR FEE
- $25 donation or more from non-profit agencies to cover costs.
- $250 donation or more from businesses.

BOOTH/EXHIBIT SPACE
- Spaces are approximately 10’X10.’
- The booth assignments are made at the sole discretion of the Alexandria LGBTQ+ Task Force and staff and are based on available space and total number of participating exhibitors.
- We will send an exhibitor map prior to June 1.
- All activity of an exhibit must be contained in the allocated space.
- A table and two chairs will be provided to each exhibitor. Some booths will have tents. You may need to provide your own tent if you want one.
- Distribution of literature must be within the designated space only.
- Exhibitors are responsible for staffing their booth at all times during the Fair.
SET-UP/ BREAK-DOWN OF BOOTH/EXHIBIT SPACE:
- Set-up begins at 2:15 PM. Break-down begins at 6 PM.
- Parking: You can unload items adjacent to Market Square. After unloading your items, please move your car to one of the side streets or a parking garage.
- All exhibitors must keep their area clean and in order.
- All trash must be disposed of in the provided trash receptacles.
