The Colorado Partnership for Thriving Families (CPTF) is a collaboration of partners and families across the State of Colorado who create the conditions for strong families and communities where children are healthy, valued and thriving.
The CPTF Family and Caregiver Space is a group of parents and caregivers working collaboratively across the state of Colorado to engage families in creating conditions that allow ALL families to thrive. The space meets monthly. Participants will be compensated $50 per hour for their time.
This is a brave space where we:
-Tell our stories.
-Fight family isolation and silence - this is a place to be heard.
-Explore and generate strategies for community engagement.
-Provide recommendations to the larger CPTF.
One of the CPTF’s foundations is equity and inclusion. As such, we are committed to building inclusive coalition spaces that reflect Colorado’s population, including people of all cultures, races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and all other identities represented in Colorado.
If you are interested in joining the CPTF in a capacity other than as a family voice representative and/or would like to begin receiving Partnership updates right away, please subscribe here:
