FYAP Summer Meals Program                      2022 Registration
Fishers Youth Assistance Program (FYAP) is offering a free summer meals program for youth living within the Hamilton Southeastern Schools district who qualify for the reduced lunch program or have increased need during this time. The Summer Meals Program will run every week from May 31 - July 19, 2022, except the week of July 4th . Each child registered will receive unprepared bags of grocery items for breakfast and lunch for five days each week.  Children ages 3 through any student entering 12th grade in the fall of 2022 are eligible.

To be part of this free program, you must sign your family up NO LATER THAN MAY 15, 2022.  This program will be LIMITED TO 650 children, so you are encouraged to register early. Once we reach 650 registrants, we will start a wait list. All families will receive an email AFTER May 15, 2022, with confirmation of registration status and further instructions.

We are pleased to announce that our program is moving to its new and permanent site at 8766 E 96th St, Fishers, IN  46037 (Old Marsh building). Weekly pick up day is currently unknown due to difficulties with scheduled food delivery. We will notify registrants as soon as we know this information.  

Below you will find the application for the program. Please provide responses to the requested information to the best of your ability. Please note - by signing up for this programing you understand that your information will be released to the Summer Meals Committee.
