The leadership of the Towner County Job Development Authority and North Central Planning Council are working together to learn more about the alumni of Towner County schools to understand the potential of recruiting past residents back to live and work in the county. The feedback generated through this survey will support the creation of a "Homecoming Strategy" to support economic and community development throughout the county.
