Just for the Ladies Shotgun Shooting
Thinking about hunting with a shotgun this fall?  Maybe you are looking to pick up a new sport?  This beginning level shotgun training is fitting for ladies looking to hunting pheasant, quail, geese, ducks or dove.  Becoming an Outdoors Woman shotgun training workshop is open to ladies, over age 18 and over.

Participants will develop the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to safely use a shotgun to shoot moving targets.  Class is open to all levels of expertise.   Learn baseline skill sets to effectively mount, present, aim and fire a shotgun.  Firearm safety rules and fundamentals of marksmanship will be presented and practiced.   Practice shotgun carries, loading and unloading, and patterning. 

Attend one or both of shotgun class.
  • Platte River State Park (southwest of Louisville) Thursday, September 7 from  5:00 - 7:00 PM
  • Kearney Outdoor Education Complex (northeast of Kearney) Saturday, September 9 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM

  ✳️ $15 fee for each class.  Shotgun, shells, safety glasses and eye protected provided.  Participants are welcome to bring own shotgun.  Must provide your own ammo for personal firearms. Google docs will redirect you to a payable form.  

Registration is accepted when this application is submitted and payment received.   Space is limited.
