This form is for applicants applying for a job in Horticulture as a Seasonal Gardener.  Specific responsibilities include potting and transplanting, watering, pest control, pruning shrubs, maintaining ornamental beds, building small projects, maintenance of Butterfly Exhibit,  working with volunteers and summer camps, and more.  This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, walking up and down hilly paths, bending & kneeling, lifting up to 50lbs, frequent digging and a can-do attitude.  

No experience necessary.   Horticulture season begins March 1 and runs through November 1.  Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 7:30AM-3:30PM.   There may be potential for year-round part-time work which will be determined later in the season.
