Case Information Online (CIO)
Notice for Domestic Relations Cases: “ADM TOLL TIME BEGIN” and “ADM TOLL TIME END” that appear on all active cases will prevent statistical case-time from accruing per the Supreme Court of Ohio's December 16, 2020 Order. This tolling order is only used for correctly calculating the age of active cases during this period, and does not impact any other time standards (rule or statute) that are in effect. It also does not serve to stay the case in any way.
