Get started with the Solano Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program.

Before you begin, check your WIC eligibility below:  

WIC is for moms who are pregnant, breastfeeding, and/or postpartum, and babies and children up to 5 years old. To qualify, household size and income (before taxes) cannot exceed the max level below. For household size, a pregnant mom counts as 2. Additionally, if you exceed the income, but you or your child receive medi-cal, we encourage you to complete the form.

If you may be eligible based on the criteria above, please fill out the fields in the following sections to begin the process. By filling out this screening form and submitting, it does not mean you are enrolled in the WIC program. Once submitted, a WIC staff member will contact you with information on how to complete the process.
