State Library, Archives, and Museum Stop-Motion Animation Workshop Registration
Rising 2nd - 6th graders in Juneau, join us for a morning of stop-motion animation themed after fishing and canneries! Parents / guardians, you are welcome to join your student(s) if you would like. This workshop is hosted by the Friends of the Alaska State Library, Archives, and Museum at the APK (395 Whittier St.), and instructed by Marie Acemah of See Stories (www.seestoriesalaska.org) on Saturday, June 4th from 10 am - 12 noon. We will have letter boards, objects, drawing supplies, and other items that can support your stop-motion animation. If you have favorite fishing related toys / objects, you are welcome to bring them in to use in your very own film! Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration encouraged so we can plan for the right amount of supplies. If you have any questions you can email marie@seestories.org or call / text 907.308.3990.
