Earth Day will have an "Alcohol Free Zone" on the Oxbow Market side of McKinstry Street. It will also be farther away from the music and quieter. Do you prefer to be in the Alcohol Free Zone? (We will do our best to accommodate all requests.) *

Commercial Booth – $100 (Early Bird) / $125 (After March 24th) * See Below (Add $5 to your total for a one-day permit)

Food Booth – $130 (Early Bird) / $150 (after March 24th) **See Below

** Environmental Management Permit # ________ PLEASE NOTE: IN THE SPIRIT OF EARTH DAY, ALL FOOD SOLD MUST BE SERVED WITH COMPOSTABLE PRODUCTS. NO PLASTIC WATER/JUICE BOTTLES CAN BE SOLD AT EARTH DAY NAPA. CONTACT TAYLOR FOR RECOMMENDATIONS.

Payment can be made via Paypal on www.earthdaynapa.com or by check. Make checks payable to EECNC and send to EECNC, c/o Napa RCD, 1303 Jefferson St, Suite 500B, Napa, CA 94559. The deadline for booth registration is Thursday, April 14th. If you have questions please email taylorradek@gmail.com. We will be in touch soon to confirm your application has been received.
