Intermountain West Drought Early Warning System
It is NIDIS’ mission to enable the Nation to move from a reactive to a more proactive approach to managing drought risks and impacts. This requires occasional check-ins with our stakeholders to see how drought is affecting you, and how NIDIS can better work with local partners to provide a Drought Early Warning System (DEWS) that works best, is meaningful and adds value.

NIDIS will be holding a series of virtual discussions for stakeholders in the Intermountain West, each focused on a topic area. We would like to invite you to participate in any of the following discussions that you are interested in. Each meeting will run for about an hour to an hour and a half.
