Avian Influenza Reporting Form

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has confirmed several reports of highly pathogenic avian influenza in the state this fall as waterfowl, songbirds and raptors migrate to and through Arkansas. Early indications are that the virus is widespread across Arkansas and beyond with other states experiencing similar reports of sick and dead birds as well. While no management actions can currently be done to lessen the spread of this virus in wild populations, the AGFC is monitoring reports from the public to measure the scope and severity of the outbreak.

PLEASE DO NOT HANDLE SICK OR DEAD BIRDS.
