An Important Announcement about our Seedling Sale...

Each spring, the Hudson Valley Seed Co hosts a popular seedling sale, offering a wide selection of hard-to-find organic and heirloom seedlings. For us, the seedling sale is truly a special time: We get to chat with local growers and share the buzz around a whole new planting season.

Unfortunately, due to delays building out the infrastructure on our new farm, we will not be hosting the seedling sale this spring. We wanted to loop you in as soon as possible, so that you can get your must-have heirloom and open-pollinated varieties in time to sow at home. We understand that growing from seed won't be within reach for everyone; so, we do apologize for the disappointment this may bring.

 But if you'd like to try growing from seed this season, check out our collection of easy-to-grow varieties here, or visit our Seed Starting Guide for tips. As always, our retail shop in Accord will be stocked to the hilt with seasonally appropriate seeds, tools, and more–and our team is here to help with your seed starting and gardening questions. We cannot wait for seedling fever to recommence in 2024. Once the infrastructure is in place on the farm, we'll have triple the selection of years past!
